ArrivalScope is a free, mobile-friendly web page that puts the ATL Concourse E & F international arrivals and departures board next to open-source intelligence: public CBP and ICE news, CDC travel health notices, and agriculture alerts. It is built for officers and any intel or analyst team who wants a quick look at the floor. It isn't tied to one unit.
Important: everything comes from public sources. ArrivalScope is a situational-awareness helper, not an official CBP system, a targeting tool, or a finished intelligence product. Always confirm against official systems.

3. Reading the Scope board
Each card shows the origin city and airport code, a country flag, a small origin map, the flight number and airline, arrival time (ET), gate, passenger count and belt.
The green NOW chip shows the live status time. "Queried at" shows when the board was last pulled.
The map shows where the flight came from. It is not a live flight track.
Tomorrow / next-day flights: flights after midnight carry a 🌙 tomorrow AM badge and sort after today's flights, so the board stays in floor order.
The E Concourse / F Concourse / Both buttons narrow the list. Arrivals / Departures switches the board.
4. High-Risk Flights Today
Lists today's ATL E & F arrivals from Source country origins (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia) and Transit region origins (Central America, Caribbean, rest of South America). A red count on the tab shows how many there are.
Map: lanes run from each origin to ATL. Thicker lines mean more arrivals on that lane today.
Click a card to zoom the map to its lane and open details: board status, belt, lane count, Intel headlines that mention the origin, and a FlightAware link. Click again or tap Show all lanes to reset.
🌿 AG badge: agriculture watch for that origin (for example pork / African swine fever for Haiti, the DR and PR; Medfly for San Juan; mango and produce; Mexico holiday produce). The details card shows an Ag watch box with the Form 6059B Question 11 declaration reminder.
🩺 CDC badge: a current CDC travel health notice names that origin country. The CDC notice box links to the notice.
5. Intel
Filters:All · 💊 Narcotics · 🌿 Ag · 🩺 CDC. "All" keeps narcotics first and adds a few Ag and CDC items.
Narcotics: seizure and trafficking news from ICE and CBP public feeds, plus State Department Level 3–4 travel advisories in the ticker.
Ag: CBP/ICE items about prohibited agriculture: fruit, meats and pork, seeds, plant pests, beagle-team finds.
CDC: official CDC Travel Health Notices, Levels 1–4, for example Ebola, yellow fever, chikungunya and polio. Higher levels are listed first.
Refresh: feeds update automatically when people use the site (about every 30 minutes for Ag/CDC). If a feed is down, the last saved items are shown with a "stale" note.
6. Banners
Short, dismissible strips under the header (the ✕ hides one for your session):
🎃 Seasonal: for example Halloween.
🎄 Posada season (Dec 1–Jan 6): watch for guava, tejocote and sugarcane from Mexico.
🪰 SJU Medfly quarantine: host fruit on San Juan flights.
🩺 CDC Level 2+: shows when the CDC feed has a Level 2 or higher notice. Tap it to open the notice.
7. Tools highlights
Agriculture quick-ref: APHIS rules for fruits and vegetables, meats and pork, African swine fever, plants and seeds; CBP agricultural products (6059B Question 11); CBP passenger ag stats.
CDC travel health quick-ref: Travel Notices, Destinations, Ebola, the Health Alert Network, Quarantine stations.
Other helpers you may see, such as useful addresses, ham radio, Spanish phrases, and the radar / Listen pages.
8. PDF / Scope Monthly Brief
The PDF tab and the Intel Monthly Brief button open the Scope Monthly Brief: a printable, intel-only summary of open-source trends. It doesn't contain any flight or passenger data.
9. Tips
Not updating? Hard refresh: Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R on desktop, or pull down / reopen the tab on mobile.
